Inert 75mm Italian WWII shell casing used in the Cannone da 75/24 modello 11 field gun. This 75X185mm shell casing is made of brass and is in good condition. Markings can be clearly seen. Primer appears unstruck, so primer may still be live. The Cannone da 75/24 modello 11 was a French designed field gun produced by Italy prior to WWI. The gun was used by the Italian army through WWI and remained in strength well into WWII.
