Inert Russian WWII sea mine Hertz horn (contact fuze). When crushed by contact with a ship the chemicals mix (sulfuric acid / potassium perchlorate + sugar / electrolytes) to make a battery setting off the mine. Different versions of the firing pin would include an all electric circuit.
