Very rare 40mm Bofors L/70 four round clip, for use in the M247 Sgt York weapon system, among others. This is NOT the very common WWII era L/60 Bofors clip. This is for the clip only.....no ammunition is included. Unlike the stamped steel L/60 clips, the L/70 clip is a machined steel casting......much more heavy duty to hold up to the rigors of firing 330 rounds per minute! The steel has a parkerized finish, and the clip contains brass components. The clip is new/old stock, but does have a few scratches and minor finish wear from decades of storage. Would make an excellent complement to your 40mm L/70 display!
