INERT 4.2-inch M329A2 high explosive mortar round, for use in the M30 4.2-inch (107mm) heavy mortar. Paint is original, and the pre-engraved copper drive band is just about perfect. This was the longest range round used with the M30 mortar: 7,500 yards, which is 4.25 miles! Along with that impressive range, it had just about the same high explosive payload of the 105mm howitzer round. The nose fuze does unscrew from the projectile.
