Inert Beautiful display, which incorporates an original Vietnam era seeker head from a Paveway laser-guided smart bomb. Would make an unbelievable display piece for the military/ordnance collector and Vietnam veteran alike. Detector is made of a metal alloy, which appears to be aluminum. The front dome piece may be stainless or titanium, and the very center "optical eye" part is glass. The detector is bolted to the wooden plaque, but looks as though it could easily be removed if so desired. There is a huge amount of technical engineering and military history associated with this piece. Operation Linebacker was the first use of laser-guided bombs in warfare.

Approx length 13", Approx width 11", Approx height 10", Approx weight 3.8lbs.
